Photographer Description

General Comments
I try to take advantage of unique and opportune moments. One of the most rewarding things I've found as a photographer is to shoot my subjects against the golden glow of a low-hanging sun, trying to capture them in the light and shadows just before everything disappears into the night. I feel that being a native of the Southwest gives me a special understanding of and appreciation for natural light and the tricks that it can play at different times of day. No matter whether I am shooting overseas in the Middle East, or whether I'm chasing photos in Middle America, I try to take advantage of this experience while patiently waiting for the unique moments that create beautiful, timeless photos.
