| A New Day. A New Blog |

I've decided to give up my old blog and start a new one, as of today. I don't know why I didn't start one here earlier, I think I must have thought that it was too hard, but it's time to fix that.
I've decided to revamp my website, make sure all the shots are the same size and with the same watermark, cull out the bad and old photos and give it a make over. And I thought what a better way to celebrate the new look than with my first journal entry and a photo of myself.
My last few weeks have been very busy and I've been shooting more models from Platform and have started shooting Scene and Viviens models as well. It's great to have a selection as each agency has such different girls. The best shoot I've done over the past month was with Sam from Viviens. What a stunning model, so sweet and for someone who's only 17 and been modeling for 8 months she was an absolute star and some of our shots have turned out to be some of my favs from this year.
I now have an awesome team of hair and make-up artists including Michael Haldar from Chanel, Stephanie Siame and Rhiane Schroder. They are such fantastic artists, I'm so glad to be working with them.
I shot the Suzi Rose fashion show last week and we will soon be doing a lookbook together which is exciting. We are trying to come up with new ideas so we can really blow it out of the water.
Along with my busy week last week I also got to visit the new Terra Plana store in Newtown and take a bunch of promotional shots for Tanya. It was a fun afternoon and it was made even better when I was given a pair of shoes! They are so comfy and funky, love em.
There is a beauty shoot on Monday with Michael and Rhiane which I'm really looking forward to. We have 3 models coming and they are all so different and exotic, I must remember to get a group photo.
I must get back to uploading shots onto my website. xx

| New Offline Gallery Viewing Options |

If you've had a client that has requested to have offline access to your photos or proofs, probably the only option you've had so far is to spend hours resizing a bunch of images, zip them into a huge file, upload it to a hosting service, and then share the link. Even then, there is no guarantee that the recipient has a suitable photo management program to easy review your work.
With the introduction of our new Desktop Slideshow Viewer, this is all about to change. All it takes now to give your clients offline access to your photos, is a simple click of the mouse!
These two amazing new features allow you to instantly generate and download a fully packaged slideshow program that your clients can simply double-click an icon (PC and Mac versions) and instantly view offline any number of photos from a single gallery in a state-of-the-art photo viewer. Not only does this viewer perfectly resize your images to the user's screen, but even has options such as a thumbnail viewer and automatic slideshows.
Think of it as a "self contained" program that people can simply double-click to view your photos, even when they are not connected ot to the internet.

Well since this is my first journal entry I have nothing special to write about.
But ONE special thing DID happend today, I have opened my photography portfolio!
From now on, I will maintain the portfolio, adding new photographs and journal entries.

Late October I will be traveling to the Pittsburgh area for several photo shoots and will be posting some of the resulting images here on my site. With this in mnd, I am posting some more of my makeup collaborations with a few other photographers so I show this profile to indivuals interested in all aspects of my work. I also want to showcase my bodypainting headshots as most of those are only in my private galleries. |
